Chuck
Rosenblum is a certified executive coach dedicated
to supporting the aspirations and needs of senior managers.
Effective in a wide variety of organizational settings,
he coaches executives who require strong leadership,
critical teambuilding, creative strategic planning,
and persuasive communication skills.
Rosenblum enjoys a long-standing reputation as a sincere,
creative, and trusted member to senior management.
Chuck's 25+ years as a human capital specialist includes
significant experience in leadership development, organization
development, performance management, and individual
development planning.
He held top human resources positions in Dun &
Bradstreet Corp., KPMG LLC, Allstate Insurance Co.,
and KMC Telecom Inc.
Rosenblum enjoyed ten years of experience coaching
senior executives. His broader HR career included establishing
a large-scale organizational start-up, institutionalizing
broadly accepted performance management systems, developing
long-lasting recruiting and retention strategies, and
introducing innovative learning and development applications.
Chuck's last corporate assignment was Senior Vice President
of Human Resources at KMC Telecom, a $500 MM provider
of fiber optic telecommunications services in 17 states.
He possesses an MA in Human Resource Development from
George Washington University and a BS in Business Administration
from the University of Maryland.
